Hi everybody I've been really busy the last several days. Just thought I would pop in to say Hello! I gained 2 lbs over the last couple days? This really concerns me. Any of you that have been reading my posts know I've been losing 2-5 lbs and then stalling for 2-2 1/2 weeks and then losing again....Well now I'm on a stall and have gained 2 lbs!!! What is up with that? I haven't exercised in about 2 weeks...cause I've been working alot of 14 hr days at work and just don't have the energy to make myself workout when I get home from work and cook and play with the kids...I just want to sit down and relax a while....then next thing you know it's to late to do anything. And I'm exhausted and all I want to do is go to I'm so frustrated! I really need some advice on this....is anyone else gaining? I have been so happy with the loss this far...I'm just scared that this will be just like the other thousand times I lost weight just to gain it all back + some. hugs, Rebecca 238/183/138

Rebecca don't get discouraged. Natural Weight fluxuations occur. Your body weight can change as much as 5 lbs from day to day. When you get stuck in a plateau try changing up the way you eat. Boost your calorie intake, or cut back some, anything that keeps your body from getting stuck in a rut.

I to go through this I think it is water gain.Are you getting in your water if not you will hold water.I have did this also, maybe if you go work out this week you will see a drop. When I was gaining and lossing I started at the gym and then droped 8. Dont get up set you are going to lose more it is just something we will go through. Just change things like working out,or bump up the protein it will get started again michelle
