Weight Gain

Ok, I am three months post-op today and I have gained two lbs. Should I be concerned? I know it is not alot, but it is weight gain. Also, every night I get this burning pain in the top of my stomach, should I be worried about this? I have my three month check up next week, but I am still concerned regardless.

Hey Nikki, I am sure you did not gain two pounds of fat. In fact, its impossible at this point. What you did gain is probably water weight. Keep in mind that your weight fluctuates through out the day as well. As for the burning pain I would call your surgeon. I am three months out today too! YAY! With love, Em

I guess I am three months tomorrow lol. Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately my surgeon is on vacation. If i don't get better, i will go in to the emergency room.
