Mondays Exercise Check In

I upped my lap swimming to 35 minutes this morning. Walked for 1/2 hour this morning , am going to walk for another hour this afternoon and weights tonight. How is your exercise going?

Very hard to find time right now to exercise, but i am going to make it to the gym tonight for 2 hours of cardio and weights.

Have a question for you guys, right now i'm walking/jogging atleast 1 hour 4 days a week. It's hard to find the time with the holidays, and a baby coming in 3 weeks. My weightloss has seemed to slow down (lost 60 lbs since sept 1), I'm probably only eating 500 calories a day! Could this be why? I'm just not "that" hungrey..... Any suggestions? Steve
