Mondays Exercise Check In
Have a question for you guys, right now i'm walking/jogging atleast 1 hour 4 days a week. It's hard to find the time with the holidays, and a baby coming in 3 weeks. My weightloss has seemed to slow down (lost 60 lbs since sept 1), I'm probably only eating 500 calories a day! Could this be why? I'm just not "that" hungrey..... Any suggestions?
