30 min. lap swim, 1 hr. walking, 20 min. exercise bike and 20 min weight lifting. What did you do today?

12 hour night shift(don't count) dut makes me feel better, 30 min lap swim, sleep, 45 min toning class and back for another 12 hour shift. I have made it to the YMCA for a work out 6 days for the past 2 weeks now. I am feeling great. I even learned how to play racket ball.
