QUESTION ABOUT EXERCISE!
I exercise everyother day because I have spurs on my heels and it can be very painfull. I don't feel like I am losing enough weight like I should. My question is how many times a week do you exercise? Should I just suck up the pain and workout everyday? I don't seem to workout as well if I do exercise two days in a row. I would like to hear from others.

I think every other day should meet the requirements of most programs. I would check with your Doctor first. I had a heel spur and went to a foot doctor and he had an insert made for my shoe that helped heal it up. You could try a less impact exercise like a stationary bike or swimming laps. Your weight loss so far looks really great! We all are at the point in our journeys where our weight loss will slow. Most charts show the same weight loss in the first three months as in the next nine. The more exercise we do the better the weight loss.
