Making exercise as fun as I can seems to help me keep it going. I use a radio with headphones when I am walking and before I know it I am done. Setting goals and challenges helps me too. A lady who works in the same building I do swims laps in the evening (I swim in the morning). We are going to race for one mile in December 2005. It doesn't really matter who wins - it just makes it more fun. I swam for 30 min. this morning walked for 30 at 9:00 am and will walk again at noon. What is you exercise for today?

Well, I'm counting the house cleaning because I was at it for HOURS and every muscle, bone, joint, cell in my body is sore after my several day marathon! But now my house is clean and beautiful and I am ready to enjoy the holidays! My appetite seems reduced from all the activity also. You guys are doing so good with all that exercise!!! I am so impressed! ~Sue

Hmm, would running from the phone when I realized an old friend was calling count as exercise? No... oh well, I ended up walking over to said old friends place. Then there was the cleaning. Need I say more?
