I will be 3 months the 20th.
I lost 30 prior to surgery. From mid July - Aug 20th.
I have lost 53 since surgery.
For a total of 83!
I am just not getting some energy, cause I was so sick for the first 2 months. Sounds like all of you are doing great!

great job! I am 2 days after you and I have lost 49lbs. Looks like next yeat willbe great! I am so happy I did this for myself.

I'm a few days days before you. I lost 21 before surgery and 56 since. My energy started skyrocketing at 2 months out.

Don't despair u r doing great! I am 3mos today! And, I am down 61 lbs from 331 and I feel greeeeeeat! Doing things I havent done in yrs.
Check your vitamin and protein intake...make sure u r meeting your daily goal.
