Tuesday Exercise & Happy Birthday
I am 56 yrs old today and am in better condition than I was ten years ago. For a present to myself I weighed in today and I now have a BMI of 39.9, so I wouldn't qualify for surgery. I swam for a half hour at 6 am, walked for a half hour at 9 am and will walk for another half hour at noon. When I get home from work I will ride the stationary bike and then work with the weights. Life is Good! What is your exercise for today?

You guys are kicking butt on the exercising! I am going to have to count running up and down my stairs, cleaning my house, gift wrapping etc again because I am having a big party at my house on friday and have a to do list a mile long. I can't justify going to the gym today when there is so much to do. Guess I need to get my butt away from this computer, huh?

Happy Bithday Greg!
I've been bad about exercising for the past two weeks since the holidays seem to be taking up the majority of my time. Today I finally got it together and went to the Y and walked for a full hour on the treadmill and got in 3 miles. I always feel better after exercising!
