My 3 month check up

Yesterday was my 3 month check up and drum roll..... 57 pounds gone since surgery...plus the 27 from my all time high...i was also told the high B=12 levels and folic acids were to be expected..already had my first salad and my first orange since surgery...HEAVEN...292/265/208/?

WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 57 lbs......... Thats great !!!!! I'm right behind you at 48 lbs I will weigh in offically on 12/21 I'm hopeing for 52 lbs. so I will be 1/2 way to goal !!! CONGRATS !!! again and keep up the good work !!!! Laura 238/190/135
