When I lose it will be a pound or two then with in a day or two I gain it back, then it takes me a nother week to get it off.i have lost 61 lbs . I am loseing 8 to 10 a month it slowed to this after the first mo.I thought it wouldnt slow down till after 3 mo. Hope you can help me, just let me know if this sounds right. Thank you Michelle

I don't know about the lose and gain thing. I do not weigh myself on a regular basis. But I have lost around the same amount if that's any help. It sounds like you are doing fine on the amount of weight lost. I wouldn't worry!!! Good Luck! Margaret

Hiya Michelle, I am sorry to say I too have this same problem, but it is never over 2-3 pounds. I go to the gym daily and weigh myself before and after my workout, believe it or not I can see a two pound difference in a few hours ( I weight less after the workout and drinking 20 ounces of water). I never worry too much about the few pounds. What I worry about is why I am losing so slow. I am considering going against my Dietian and cutting calories down from 1200 to 800. I have alot to lose and I really want to reach my goal.

I always gain weight after we go riding on the bikes. Then the next day it's gone along with a couple more pounds. That problem is probably water. Every 10 pounds I have a couple of weeks were my weight is a roller coaster.. up down up down.. my body can't decide if it needs to keep the fat or get ride of it! Don't get too frustrated. Check your carbs, sugars, and proteins. Just do a mental check that your under 40 on carbs. I have to do that sometimes or I go over thinking I'm ok. Good Luck
