Weekend Exercise Check In

I havn't exercised since last Thursday since I've been sick. I am feeling better today and am going to try to walk later. I hope to be back in the pool tomorrow. What is your exercise for the week end?

Does shopping till you drop and painting the livingroom count as exercise? If so, I am doing great. If not, then I'm way off track!

That sure sounds like exercise to me!

I spent two hours in Wal-Mart Saturday. Enough said!! lol
