a new 'recipe'
i found this on the boards a while ago and just tried it a few days ago and it's delicious. it's like a mock monte cristo sandwich (without the bread).
take a slice of swiss cheese. top it with a slice of turkey (i used smoked). top with a layer of mustard. put a few chopped or halved pecans on one end. add a few dabs of sugarfree raspberry jam on top of the pecans. then roll up tight.
i think it's delicious. whoever wrote the recipe said they ate 2 or 3 for lunch. i am not always finishing a whole one! fitday totaled it at 15 grams of protein.
