Thursdays Exercise Check In

Did the thirty minute lap swim this am and will walk at 9:30 am, noon and evening if my knee doesn't hurt, weight lifting this evening too. Yesterday I walked only two miles because my knee was still iffy. I found this website called "Increasing your exercise IQ" and I thought it worth reading. What did/will you do today?

i did 30 minutes on an elliptical machine, 5 minutes on the stairmaster and walked for 15 minutes this morning.

Grey, I did do anything today. I plan on swimming tomorrow . I also have a bad knee and it limits my walking. Thanks for the email address and for reminding me that exercise is not a thing to be left out Hugs Dolores
