Thursdays Exercise Check In
Did the thirty minute lap swim this am and will walk at 9:30 am, noon and evening if my knee doesn't hurt, weight lifting this evening too. Yesterday I walked only two miles because my knee was still iffy. I found this website called "Increasing your exercise IQ" and I thought it worth reading. What did/will you do today?
