I lost 2 family members
Monday morning my grandfather died and Monday night my uncle died. These last few days have been so stressful. My problem was usually eating, now it is lack of appetite. My Uncle's wake is tomorrow and he will be buried on Friday. My grandfather is still in Florida. They haven't released him yet so we have no idea when he will be coming home to Rhose Island. I haven't gone to the gym at all this week. I go to the same one my grandparent's go to and having to tell all those peopl isn't something I want to do. I am so stressed out, my hair is falling out and i can't sleep very good. The phone hasn't stopped ringing. I really can't wait for this to all be over because I can't take anymore bad news
Shannon
Shannon,
I'm so sorry about the loss of your grandfather and uncle. I wish there was more I could say or do to help you. Just know that I will be praying for you and your family to be comforted. Try to take in some protein shakes at least right now, and make sure you take your vitamins. The hair loss might have been starting anyway at this time, though the stress and not eating certainly can't help. ((((hugs))))) Wish there was more I could do. Please email me if you need to talk.
Love, Sue
Oh Shannon, I'm thinking of you. What a terrible time you and your family is having.
Even though you have a lack of appetite, make sure you're drinking. You'll be doing a lot of coming and going - keep bottles of water with you, pick up a 4 pack of pre-mix protein drinks (Slim Fast/Atkins etc...) and grab them when you can.
Take your time, be with your family. The gym will still be there next week.

I am so sorry for your loss! I totally understand what your going thru, (lost my mom and sis within 6 months of each other) its really tough. Its so emotionally draining. There were times where i littereally felt numb.
You just have to go with the flow of emotions and ride it out. It does get better in time.
Good luck to you, and big hugs too.
