Wednesday Exercise Check In/ WL Calculator
Yesterday ended up a light day as I gave my knee a rest. It seems ok today so I will try walking again today. I swam this morning for thirty minutes (I am slowly increasing my time in the pool until I reach 45 minutes and then I will see how many laps I can do in that time). I found a website that has a calorie burning calculator for exercise: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/exercalc.html
My long term goal is to be able to walk ten miles and swim one mile in the same day - maybe next summer (not every day of course)?

I WORKED OUT WITH RICHARD SIMMONS AGAIN TODAY. 30 MINUTES OF HIGH INTENSITY AEROBICS AND 15 MINUTES OF LOW INTENSITY AEROBICS...THEN 10 MINUTES OF THE MOST EXCRUSIATING CRUNCHES KNOWN TO MAN
I ALWAYS FEEL GREAT AFTER THE WORKOUT THOUGH!
YOU ARE DEFINITELY MORE AGGRESSIVE AT THIS THAN I AM BUT I GUESS SOME EXERCISE IS BETTER THAN NONE!!
