What did you eat today?

B-Protein tea (36 grams)
S - 4 Triscuits with 1 slice of cheese (6 grams)
L- Two crackers and a few cubes of cheese (6 grams)
20 oz of water (would ususlly be more, but I broke my 64 oz water bottle today and am buying from vending machine until tonight)
Yet to come :
Snack - sunflower seeds or peanuts (about 4 grams)
dinner - beans and cheese from Taco Hell (maybe 7 or 8 grams)
Snack - Protei cocoa (7-9 grams)

Thanks for keeping the post going!!! Sorry I havent added much lately. Lets see today I had..
B-Vanilla protein shake with a splash of coffee
L- Tuna with tomato and a slice of swiss
S-Chicken Broth
D- small patty of ground sirloin with a slice of cheese and a slice of pickle, ate about half.
Man I feel like Ive ate alot compared to some of the other posts but if I go under 500 cals I stop loosing, right now the weight is melting off!!
