exercising - daily checkin?
would anyone be into a quick daily checkin of exercise actually done that day - something simple like
yes, i did....today
for me, i like the inspiration of hearing what others are doing and then i need/want the affirmation that i actually did something. i think i'm getting the people around me a little bored with it although they are proud of me! for them, they've been exercising their whole lives and i'm kind of just starting so it's a big deal for me.

I DID SATURDAY AND MY TUMMY MUSCLES STILL HURT TODAY...MAYBE TOMORROW!
HEY...ATLEAST I'M HONEST!

I am IMPRESSED!! Y'all are really doing some super working out!!
I exercise in my room before breakfast...nothing fancy, just leg lifts, sit ups, push ups, arm swings, etc...and a few other floor exercises I learned as a child when I had pt daily for my back. It takes about 20 minutes, and makes me feel great mentally.............AND I AM UP TO MY WORLD'S RECORD of 11 girl pushups!! LOL
I need to WALK more.....but at least my house is three story, so I do LOTS of steps.. I am hoping Santa gives me a gym membership as I am interested in doing water aerobics.
