exercising - daily checkin?

would anyone be into a quick daily checkin of exercise actually done that day - something simple like yes, i did....today for me, i like the inspiration of hearing what others are doing and then i need/want the affirmation that i actually did something. i think i'm getting the people around me a little bored with it although they are proud of me! for them, they've been exercising their whole lives and i'm kind of just starting so it's a big deal for me. susan

Sounds like a great idea to me as well, it would give me more inspiration to do that other 1/2 mile or so. Today I walked 3 1/2 miles, jogged a 1/2 mile, and road the exercise bike for 20 minutes (just under 4 miles) Dennis

I can tell you that I exercised today and I feel just wonderful. I went to the gym and took the step aerobic class for an hour! I highly recommend this! Jan

i did 27 minutes on the treadmill!!! Feel so much better when i do 9c: I also went to school than came home bakes and cleaned like crazy!! Wow what came over me!!!

WELL I FEEL TERRIBLE NOW THAT I READ ALL OF THE OTHER POSTS....CAUSE I DIDNT EXERCISE AT ALL TODAY! I DID SATURDAY AND MY TUMMY MUSCLES STILL HURT TODAY...MAYBE TOMORROW! HEY...ATLEAST I'M HONEST! Well, Today I swam 15 laps that is just 3 laps short of 1/2 mile. It took me 30 mins with a few short breaks. I work out 5 times a week trying to work up to everyday. I started out 2 times a week.

I am IMPRESSED!! Y'all are really doing some super working out!! I exercise in my room before breakfast...nothing fancy, just leg lifts, sit ups, push ups, arm swings, etc...and a few other floor exercises I learned as a child when I had pt daily for my back. It takes about 20 minutes, and makes me feel great mentally.............AND I AM UP TO MY WORLD'S RECORD of 11 girl pushups!! LOL I need to WALK more.....but at least my house is three story, so I do LOTS of steps.. I am hoping Santa gives me a gym membership as I am interested in doing water aerobics. Good luck to all!
