Todays Exercise?
I took a day off Sunday. Today I swam at the Y before work and will walk at lunch (two miles) and walk or ride exercise bike tonight before hitting the weights. I noticed that when I first turned on the exercise machine, my weight loss slowed for a couple of weeks- I believe I added muscle. Now the pounds are falling off since I have kept the same exercise level for a while. What did you (are you going to) do today?
Good morning! I did a forty minute aerobic video this morning and will do 70 min of water aerobics this evening at the community center. I do an average of 8 or 9 workouts a week. Feeling good and energetic! My WL slowed/stopped this last week or three since picking up my activity levels. I finally dropped two pounds today and hope it's the start of a trend!

i just posted about wanting a daily checkin and then i saw this post - THANK YOU - i need this. especially since i don't want to become obnoxious by trying to get props all day - 'i worked out today, wasn't that good?' - lol!
so i went to curves and did my 30 minute thing there. home to have a 17 gr protein drink then more to drink. so it's 1:15 and i've had 1/4 of my protein and 1/3 of my liquids for the day.
