Hunger Pains AFTER Eating
Hi Everyone
I just want to run this by all of you to see if I am the only one who experiences hunger pains AFTER I eat? It is getting very annoying---it does not hurt just feels like I am starving and need to eat. Is this feeling abnormal? Today I went to a diner for lunch and had a few bites of an omlet. Then for dinner I had a few bites of angel hair pasta w/ homemade sf/sauce and two tablespoons of ground sausage. I made sure I drank my protein which I have no problems with as well as water. It is just the food. The only food I do not feel this with is pudding, applesauce, yogurt.
Thanks
Marianne
How soon are you drinking after you eat? If you drink too soon your hunger comes back sooner. Another thing to think about is, is it hunger pains or a different sensation of being full? Another idea is check out your vitamin intake, if you aren't getting enough it could cause your body to have cravings. The things you are talking about that doesn't give you hunger pains are all items that are easy on the stomach, while the other food if not chewed well enough could cause some pains. I hope this helps.
The only time I get hungry is when it is time for me to eat. But I do sometimes get pains in my stomach if I didn't chew things well enough or ate a little too much.
