I do feel good when I look in the mirror! I can see it all over where the 47 pounds have gone missing. In my mind though, when I am not looking in the mirror I still feel fat. Mentally, I am not there yet. Today I weighed 204. I haven't weighed that little in at least 10 years. This surgery has been such a blessing!! Take Care Ya'll!! Love, Katie 251/204/???

My first thought when I look in the mirror is "Who Is That", but when I realize it's me, I am thrilled. I have lost 66 lbs in 11 weeks. Dennis

I can see I have lost weight, esp. in the face. I have trashed some of my old clothes, because that helps me say Good-bye to the 51 lbs. I have started to lose again in the last 2 weeks, haven't started to exercise, but I am working 60+ hours a week. I feel better, but not great when I look in the mirror. I have a long way to go and I am soooooo Thankful, that I was able to have this surgery. I have hope to feel really great when I look in the mirror, soon. 277/226/140

Hi, I like looking in the mirror when I am trying on "old" clothes, naked is not such a pretty sight. I saved a whole closet of clothes I had outgrown. They may not be in style, but I don't have to buy them!! I am now 197 , but I am much more saggy. It has been 20 years since I last weighed 197. love losing weight!!! Thanks for another good question Rebecca. Susan
