What did you eat today? good EM!!

HEY Em and all my WL buddies. Em had a great suggestion, I think that we should have a thread every night to say what we ate that day so that everyone can see what people "close" to them are eating. I have had some food issues and I think that it helps me alot to see what and how much everyone with Sept WLS is eating. I have gotten some really good food suggestions from this thread. Lets give it a go and see if we can keep it up. I know it will help us all. Here is what I ate today---keep in mind that I have had 5 endoscopies to open my stoma and 2 major surgeries to fix bowel/intestine adhesions. My body has a hard time healing from anything and I seem to have a lot more scare tissue than most people. I had knee surgery and had the same problem with scare tissue. I just had surgery on Monday so I am not back to what I should be eating. B 1 oz string cheese s water L 1 1/2 oz mashed potatoes with a little low fat cheese s water D 2 oz cottage cheese (felt sick) I drank water all day and I tried to be active but since I just had surgery on Monday, I feel sick if I move around to much. I know that it will take some time for me to get where I should be but I still feel blessed to have been able to have this surgery. I have one of the best Dr. who is always there morning, noon, or night rain or shine to help me. Anyway, What did you all eat today?????? Love and hugs Lynn 234/190/135????

Hey Lynn, Thanks for keeping it up!! Wow it sounds like youve had a rough time. Sorry to hear that!! Hope you continue to improve. Congrats on your Weight loss. Heres what I had today..so far.. B-Protein shake S-1/2 whole wheat toast with 1 slice low fat cheddar L- Nothing yet, trying to stay outta the kitchen, Dad is making truffles for our cafe and they are super tempting! With love, Em

Lynn, Hope you get to feeling better. At least with Endo's, there's good drugs for the day. *smiles* B-2 oz cottage cheese with 1 oz Del Monte Carb Select peaches S-Protein shake L-1 oz refried beans with a small amount of Carb Options BBQ sause stirred in it, I spread this on 1 oz of my homemade cheese crackers (bake shredded cheese circles on parchment paper at 350 for 10 minutes), top with 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese and nuke 10 seconds to melt. Also had 1 oz broccoli S-4 oz SF jello D-Lean Gormet chicken in wine sauce (2 oz) w/veggies (1 oz) S-SF popcycles Sherri
