Hi, I'm doing great! I've lost 60 pounds, and have had no real issues to deal with since surgery. I also changed my diet to three 30 gram protein shakes a day, with small meals in between. I'm telling you my energy level has increased so much that I can walk up and down stairs without thinking about it! Yay~! Johanna

Sounds like it's time for me to adopt your plan! I need a jump start as I am still stalled at 35#, although I think I have lost some this week...but won't let myself get on the scale yet to find out....thanks for your post! Rosey

I was recently reading the new issue of womans world. The lady on the cover lost over 100 pounds on this diet she created for herself. While I was reading the article I noticed that the way she seemed to do it was by switching her "diet" ever couple of months. If her weight loss started slowing down or stopping she'd change eating plans and it would start coming off again. I think the same thing goes for most. Your doing great with your weight loss. Keep it up.... Shannon
