QUESTION OF THE DAY!

I definitely agree that eating is a PITA... I'd rather drink my water with a slice of lemon, slice of lime and a sweet-n-low or even better... a glass of milk or hot tea. I usually get frustrated eating but I do it because I have to. I do OK with chili, cottage cheese, crab legs and sometimes shrimp and grouper. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks eating is a PITA!!! Thanks! Laura 330/248/140

Most of the time I feel so darn great..must be the vitamins!! I try to exercise first thing every am before breakfast to get my metabolism moving..just simple things like leg lifts, situps, pushups (Yes, I can now do 9 girl pushups!! It is my all time record..pathetic, yeah, but improving!!)..........hope to join the gym and star****er aerobics after Christmas (hint, hint Santa!!) Keep up the great work everyone! Thanks for the interest!!! I had surgery on 9/9 and am officially down 59 pounds! I went from a size 24 to an 18 as of yesterday and boy what a great feeling that was!! I have had very little trouble other than losing some foods for various reasons, usually my own fault... I have lost 30 inches of fat from my body, which I almost feel better about than my actual weight!! Let's keep rockin September family!!!! -christa 260/201/??

Rebecca, This was a great post.Ive read all the comments and everyone seem so pleased with the weight loss. My surgery was Sept 8 and I'm down 40 pounds. The scales stopped moving last week and it is hard waiting. Thanks to the posting I'm more comfortable with the platue. Some days I still vomit and it might be because of eating to fast. I really have to make a big effort to slow down. 243-203 hoping to be under 200 very soon. Cloths are all to big except for a few that were to small and I could never wear them. It nice to fit in them. I'm hoping to not buy cloths until I really have to. Anyone with size 20 to spair email me [email protected]. Lets keep this board up and running I need you all Love Dolores
