Please help! I am 7 weeks post op and have been struggling with a stricture(stomach will not empty) I am terrified hat the doctor will not find my hole and then I will need a surgical revision. I have spent the past 5 weeks on IV nutrition and unable to swallow my own spit! This has been the scariest time in my life. I was wondering if anyone has had similiar complications and how they are doing now? Thank you!!!

Everything I have read by those who have been dialated say that they feel SOOOOoooo much better afterwards. Like new-person better. Your doc will do a good job! You'll do great. Soon you will be eating and swallowing your own spit! Be sure to post an update, Chloe! God bless!

Hi Chloe, Sorry you've been going through these post op difficulties. I haven't been through it so I don't have specific advice to offer you, but from what I've read about strictures and being dilated, it is a pretty straightforward process and usually goes well. I'll say a prayer for you that all goes well tomorrow. (((hugs))) ~Sue
