Hi everyone! I am officially down 40 pounds today and I'm so excited!! That puts me at a BMI of 39.9 which means I'm officially no longer morbidly obese!! All this happy dancing should help me shed at least another pound!! Hugs to all! Julia

Thanks Shannon! Why don't you get up and do a little dance with me and we'll see if we can dance away those 7 pounds. Julia

Thanks Wanda and congratulations on your 35 pounds gone forever. You're doing great...just don't pass me too quickly, I already feel like I'm going too slow. Definately feeling like the tortoise in this race since 10 of my 40 were lost before surgery. Julia

Great going!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm the slow loser here. Only 28lbs gone in 10 weeks. That's ok. It's gone forever.

Hi Kweli! 28 pounds is great and you should be very proud. I don't think I'm losing very fast either since 10 of my 40 were lost before surgery. I guess as long as the scale is moving in the right directions we should just be happy and dance! Julia

Congrats Julia on hitting this great milestone Keep on dancin' baby! You're doing great, all of us are, isn't it wonderful???? I'm still pinching myself that I've already had surgery, got through it and working my way down on the scale instead of up!!! It feels unreal! ~Sue
