Sept 9th surg peeps...check in

K 2 months has cleared for us so what is the out look on everyones progress??? K here is mine i started at 5'8 348 lbs and in 8 wks i am down to 282 lbs... So i am now down a whoppin 66 lbs .... i feel so good... and i dont hurt. I did find out that i have IBS with Constipation so we are trying to resolve that... welp that is all i know.... Keep up the good work guys.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started at 288 and I'm down to 234....54 pounds! Yeah to all of us. My wegiht has stalled due to the medicines I take for recently diagnosed Diverticulits but I am sticking to the plan and expect to lose again soon! Keep up the good work everyone!

Oh my gosh! I see you are from Hoover. I am from Vestavia, but I moved to Missouri last year with my husband. He's in the Air Force. Anyhoo~we also had surgery on the same day. How cool. Mine was Sept 7th...I have lost 58lbs, from 322 to 264. I will be sooo excited when I hit the 250's!! I can eat just about anything now, have only dumped once and it was on chicken pot pie, I must have eaten a little too much of the crust. Won't be doing that again!! Melissa

I had my surgery on 09/03/04. I started out at 363. I lost 21 pounds prior to surgery. 1 week before surgery I was 342. I am also 5'8... I now weigh 273. For a total of 69 pounds down, since my surgery. That is also a total of 90 pounds down since I started trying to lose weight. Shannon
