soy sauce - sal****er retention
hi,
i just posted about my weight gain and then i thought about my eating yesterday - sashami (raw fish - salmon and tuna), like sushi without any rice. i put soy sauce on it - a packet from the restaurant and some low-sodium i had at home. i know salt makes one retain water and the low amount of salt i usually have probably affected me. so that's a clue. i know in the long run, these fluctuations from day to day don't matter. i just need to keep remembering that.
