I went today for my two month pot op check and I am down 48 pounds. Wow!!! I cant believe it. I feel so great. It was so worth it.Now I am looking for some ideas on how to get in adequate protein. I cannot stomach the protein drinks. I will be happy to hear any suggestions.

Wow, that's terrific weight loss!! I am 2 months out and have lost 40, and feel great. I can eat just about everything now, I have a shake for breakfast every day, then lowfat cheese and a cracker for morning snack. For lunch, seafood salad, tuna, or chicken salad. I have started eating salads and do well with them, throw some tuna, sliced chicken or turkey on it for added protein. Peanut butter on graham crackers or reduced fat ritz crackers is good. Yogurt, or even slim-jims have good solid protein. How about a glass of skim milk? I eat shrimp with ****tail sauce, Wendy's chilli. I eat about 1-2oz portions at a time, but it fills me up. Keep plugging, you are doing great.
