on Monday and am down 50 pounds!!!! I couldn't believe it. I don't know who was happier, me or Hubby. He told me he is so happy that I had it done because he could see a difference in my attitude and energy level. What a boost!!! He never makes comment like that! They released me on all foods now except fried and sugar of course. Now, anyone have any suggestions on different meals that they like? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Amy

That is wonderful news!! You are doing great!! As for the meals, well all I can say is trial and error works me lol. I was "let go" Monday at 7 weeks and it is still pretty much hit and miss with me. And of course, if something is a miss you can try in again later. I have trouble the most with meats. Chicken is a no no and so has been hamburger meat except for Stoufers Stuffed Peppers!! The meat part of that went down great, go figure lol. Good luck on finding the right foods for you and let us know if you find any thing extra special to try. The peppers have been my only real find.
