Hi Susan! 32 pounds is great! I actually lost 10 of my 38 pounds before surgery so technically I've only lost 28 pounds since. I just keep telling myself that I'm six weeks out and have an average of about 4.5 pounds a week and if you run your numbers you'll see that you are about the same. I never could have lost that quickly before surgery. The stalls really are depressing, but that's why we're here getting support from all these great people who are traveling this road with us. Sending you a great big hug and a pat on the back! Julia

Hi everybody!! I'm getting ready to go into my 3rd month and i'm just now getting so I can eat more food. Still having trouble with meat tho, it fills me up sooo fast. I still eat too fast and don't chew the food good enough, that's probably why that happens. Sweets don't bother me at all when I feel like having them which isn't very often i'm surprised and delighted about. I find I lose lbs every 5 days, not 4 and not 6, how weird is that. I'm going to weigh in on the 13th then put the scales away til Dec 13th. I think it will feel a lot more like i'm getting somewhere and faster. I'm so happy with my 42 lb loss so far, I mean think about it when was the last time we lost that kind of weight in such a short time and not having to bust our hump exercising. I do walk don't get me wrong but I don't do it every day which may be a mistake but i'm not going to get nuts about it. I went through food hell to get to this privilege and i'm not going to feel guilty about it. Have a super day Bev (-42)

WTG!!!!!!!!! Those stalls come to and end it just seems like forever until they do. I bet you start loosing pretty good for a while. The stalls do come but once your body gets use to the weight your dropping your weight loss kicks back in. Keep up the great work... Shannon

Thanks Shannon! I hope you're right about the weight loss kicking in, a big drop in weight would be nice after such a long stall. I'm just happy to be well on my way to a healthier, lighter me! Julia
