I went to see my surgeon yesterday....I am doing everything just great other than my protein and fluid intake..i still use my lil one once measuring cups...I had lost 34.8 pounds...the lady at the desk said I looked just wonderful...

What a great start to your new life!! It really is amazing when people start seeing a difference!!! I stopped w/ the 1oz cups and bought small bottles of water (8oz) and set a time to finish each one by. Finally found good protein, so hopefully that will help. I know I am not getiing enough of either!! Carmen
