I finally got the protein figured out.....

K guys i posted yesterday about a protein that i found that has 60g of protein in 1 scoop.... well i called the surgeon and he said yes you can asorb all 60g at a time its the meat that we cant absorb all at the same time... So i am off to GNC to buy me some butt kickin high protein.... hopefully this helps me.... Manda ~60 lbs 09-09-04
