Stay Strong
I fear I had the opposite and most awful reaction: My husband bought two bags of mini butterfingers, my favorite. Well, I have looked at them for two weeks, but no problem....................and then we didn't get a single trick or treater............ Darn it all, yep, I did it. I thought about it, thought about the dumping, thought about the 100 calories.........and ate it anyway.
BUT IT GETS WORSE...........I DIDN'T DUMP~~ How frightening is that? I have dumped on 6g sugar in a protein drink before........... This makes no sense, and really scares me......... I FELT FINE, and the darn candy bar was really, really good. The only semi good news is that I didn't eat the rest of them, lol............and I really don't want any more....
Hope everyone else did better than I did!
Yep, it was HARD!! To make it that much worse, my hubby got upset about some rude trick or treaters (who rang our doorbell no less than ten times and then started kicking our front glass door) and we left home. . . with that being said. I have a TON of candy in the house now.
I had 1/2 of a miniature kit kat. (This piece was TEENY TINY) Nope, it didn't make me sick and I cherished every bit of it.
But that soothed the temptation and I haven't wanted anymore since.
But, I've lost one lb today. . due to the stomach flu. I was 227 this mornign and now I'm 226. . and I've been sick with the stomach flu ALL DAY LONG!
