Halloween
Hi Emily,
Before surgery I had a big sweet tooth, but since surgery that has not even been a temptation for me. I had to buy all the Halloween candy for my office and was not even tempted. If you should find yourself being tempted find something else to do for a while and the craving should go away. Have a happy and safe Halloween.

Not to brag or anything (LOL) but I actually gave candy up a 1 year ago. My mother lives downstairs from me. She shops at SAMS club and always buys something sweet a chocolaty. Well this time around she had bought a bunch of mini candy bars. I found myself one night eating like 20 of them. There was absolutly no reason for it. I was eating just because and it even started making me sick. I had 2 left and a pack of m&m mini's. I left them on top of my computer monitor and decided then that I would never touch a piece of candy ever again. I haven't and I a very proud of that.
My daughter is all ready to go. She will be Cinderella this year. I am going to take tons of pictures. I will be happy to post a link to her website so you all can check her out.
Then after she goes to sleep I am going to stay up watching horror movies. Something I have done since forever....
I wonder what everyone else is going to be doing.

Emily,
I am going to my sisters for a party. She will have nothing that I can eat so I made a home made sugar free chocolate cake. I also bought some sugar free candy. Yes, candy was my weakness and still is . I had my surgery 9/27/04 and I am down 32 pounds. But I seem to be stuck on that number for some reason. Having a very hard time finding food that is carb free. Do you have any suggestions on carb free food?
Have a safe and happy Halloween
Peggy
