1 month check up

Today i had my one month checkup. I started at 292 pounds and today i am 270. I know i shouldnt compare myself to other, but its hard not to. I see so many other people one month out and they have lost so much more weight. What am i doing wrong. Can anyone give my any advice to speed up my weight loss. Thank you. Robin

Robin don't feel bad! 22 pounds is awesome. I was right were you were and now at almost 2 months I am creeping towards 40lbs. Just imaging if you lose 22 pounds every monthy--you'd lose 100 lbs in 5 months! Krazy!! Keep you head up! KT

well Iam almost at 2mon out and lost 36 lb I was told to exercise to loose more quikly. we all are at that stage so don't feel bad. start walking a little each day and you will see a difference. lol Brenda

WAY TO GO ROBIN! Just think only 1 month ago you weighed 22 lbs more than you do today. With what diet could you have done that? Everyone is different so try not to compare, I know its hard. It will work, It already has! Good Luck! Mike

I have no other advice except exercise, water and watch the sodium intake. One thing you can think about is that most of the people who've lost a large amount of weight within their first month started out at a higher weight and that usually makes them lose more their first few months. If I started at your weight I would be almost to my goal by now. I didn't I weighed 50 pounds more. I am sure your going to do great. You are doing amazingly now. I wish you the best.....

i think you are doing great you have lost just what i have lost!!!!~~~~~~~ im 6 weeks out and have lost 44 pounds but at i month had only lost 25 (c: we are doing great!!!!!
