1 Month Report

OK - so yesterday I get on the scale and it comes of 325, I got off checked the scale and tried again. I started to cry. I weighed 398 in March when I started and when I went on all liquids 1 week prior to surgery I was still at 365. I am so excited right now I want to tell the world. I want to lose 50 more by Christmas (30 would get me to me first goal) - now that would be one helluva a present. I wish all of you the same joy that this has brought to me...

WAY TO GO! Keep up the GREAT WORK! I'm sure by Christmas you'll get to your goal! I had my surgery 1 month ago and I am down 42 lbs. My goal was 50 by X-Mas but I think I'll hit that WAY before! Good Luck! Mike
