HOw about Tomatoe Soup?

I see a lot of you drinking T. Soup isn't high in sugar if you mix with ff milk it's even higher no dumping for you on this please comment

No problems with the soup. The one I get has about 3g of sugar and I use the skim plus milk and have no problems. In fact I haven't had ANY problems with food (knock on wood)! Tomorrow I go for my 1 month check up and hope to be down 45lbs. Last week I was down 34! Good luck to you! Mike

I have been eating tomato soup since week 3 and I have never had any problems. I get the Campbell's Healthy Request. The serving size is 1/2 cup with 1.5 g fat and 10 g sugar. Of course you have to take into consideration my serving size is only 1/4 cup.

I have done very well with this...though i am only 3 oz now...i try to stick to more protein since this appears to be my issue...last night was the first fish i baked as well...YUMMY...I have some chunky turkey pot pie soup...it has 10 grams of protein though i will not get that much with my 3 oz..another thing i have done well with are those string cheese sticks...they have 8 grams of protein in a stick and i can eat the whole thing...
