Protein

I went to GNC and I got the Ispure and i can live with that...and then i also got a ready made 100% whey also has 40 grams of protein...i can live with this as well...and they were buy one get one free...I only got 2 incase they were just so nasty....i also got the unflavored whey...I have not tried that yet...I do not believe there is going to be a protein drink I am going to just not be able to wait to get out of bed for...ooh and just so happened they had a job opening so i put in an app...

Try this one, it's really not bad. Taste like a choclate shake with milk, and choc milk with water. Pro blend 55. (by HDT) Flavors are choc fudge, swiss choc, vanilla, and strawberry. I love the swiss choc. It has 55 gr. protein, 270 cals, 1.5 gr fat, 4 gr sugar. Use 2 scoops w/ 8 to 12 oz. water or milk. I found it at GNC. In our support group one guy also swears by another protein drink called Amplify. I'm going to try it as soon as I run out of the Pro blend55. Good Luck!!
