Hello to All, I have tried to get on chat so many times and have been unable to. I have wrote to obesityhelp.com and explained but still no response. I am doing great I have gone from 267 lbs at surgery on 9/27 to 239 lbs today 10/22 I am drinking as much water as I can but still have not been able to consume 64oz in a day the most is 50oz plus a couple of popsicles, a cup of tea and maybe a jello. I walk seven days a week for 30-45 min with my friend. I do my isometrics only every other day and sometimes I do them twice in a day. I feel more energetic and more alert then before. In the beggining when I went to a seminar on 7/06/04 I was weighing 280 lbs but by surgery I only weighed 267 lbs. I am still wearing my old clothes but they are getting loose. One thing I will say is I miss salad I love salad and I can hardly wait for the day I can have a salad with a little blue cheese dressing on it . I know this wont be for about six or seven months but I dream about salad all the time!!!!! I will still try to get on the chat and I hope someday I will be able to talk with some of you.

Congrats on your progress... great job. Remember though that you can count popsicles and jello as fluids. Same thing with pudding. If it is liquid at room or body temp it counts!!! So you are closer to your 64 ounces than you think!!! Keep up the good work.

I tried to get on to the chat but no one is ever there so I stopped trying. I am still wearing old clothing but it is all getting very lose on me as well. It feels good though because last winter everything was so tight on me that I even ripped a few of my pants. I miss salads too. I ate one daily 2 weeks before surgery. I love fat free raspberry vin. I have no idea when I will successfuly be able to eat it. I tried 2 lettuce piece's and I got sick. I will just wait and try again another time. Sounds like your doing great with your exercise. Congrats on that... Shannon
