one month post op

I have lost a total of 30 pounds in one months time I am very excited I look and feel great. My husband tells me that I walk to fast and can I please slow down a little bit and I tell him no way man I'm in it for the long haul.

Hey thanks Emily you look great in your pictures. Right now I don't have any pictures of me online I have to figure out how to go about doing it. Forgive me if it takes me a little time to respond to your email its just I don't have my own PC yet, but its coming, so right now I'm going to the public library to check my mail. I will definately keep walking and going to the gym and I will keep you informed as well.
