unsweetened juice...

hi, i am allowed to have unsweetened juice now. i love water. i don't drink crystal lite - it's too sweet for me. i will ask my nutritionist but i was wondering what you think unsweetened juice is? does that just mean 100% juice with no added sugar? susan

Hey Susan, You can usually find apple juice that says unsweetend, I drink juice that is sweetended with Splenda. I usually water it down 50% so its not so strong. With love, Em

Yes, it is regular juice w/o added sugar, although it still has natural sugar from the fruit.
