That's a tough one. I am struggling with the same thing. I manage to get at least 50. Today i got exactly 64. I notice when i mix my water with something like diet apple juice or diet V8 splash or diet snapple, it works much better for me. Unfortunately you really just need to push through it, they say it will pass. Every day i just shoot for a little more. I keep telling myself, IF I DON'T DRINK MY LIQUIDS AND MY PROTEIN, I WON'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT!!! kEEP PUSHING THROUHG, YOU WILL MAKE IT! lOOK for NECTAR brand protein, it has fruity flavors. Different from they chalky others. Keep in touch!

Hi, That is a tough thing to do. One of the things I do is take a glass of water to bed and then in the morning as I am waking up and getting dressed I keep taking sips. Usually I can get in 8 to 10 ounces of water before breakfast. Another favorite of mine is sf jello. It counts for liquid. I am usually on the internet late at night and then I sip liquid. Tonight I have to stay up for a little longer as I have 12 ounces to reach 64 for today. I find warm liquid like chichen brooth or herb tea go down easier. Ice water seems to hit my pouch like a rock. Hope this helps. Susan

Before surgery I wanted the glass full of ice...now one or 2 cubes is to much..i find myself doing better with the warm as well...but darn 64 oz is sooo much...no idea how it is done..though i have been close a time or two...broth really works for me...

I like to keep a water bottle near myself all the time. That way I can constantly drink. Try that! -Katie

If water is difficult, try the flavored water. H2O or Propel. Jello is considered a liquid, even soup broth, SF popsicles. As long as you keep yourself hydrated. It's hard but YOU can do it. Erin

I know that it is a lot of water to drink, but I have read that the water is the most important thing to keep up with. If you don't get in your water the weight loss will slow down. My doctor has me drinking 80 oz a day, and what I do is every night I fill up 4 - 20 oz bottles of water put them in the refrigerator, so they will be cold the next morning, and I sip all day long. When all of the bottles are empty, I know I have had my 80-oz. I know by 1 I should have 2 bottles emptied, and I have the rest of the day to finish the rest. You are right it is very hard, but remember it is very important to do your best to get it down. I know that you aren't going to be able to get it all down right away, but do your best to work up to it slowly. Good Luck, Donna

I have a really hard time with water, some days Im lucky to force down 16 oz. A few days ago, Ive started to drink hot tea, (herbal tea has 0 caffeine) with a few scoops of splenda. I use a mug which holds about 16 oz, and I usually drink 2 mug fulls, its tasty and 32 oz of water. Good luck all!

Sherry, I've been having the same problem...however, it has gotten better. Water still tends to make me a little nauseous. Here's some tricks some others have given me that help me: * I drink at least 16 oz of hot chocolate * I add water to my gatorade so that it has some flavor but is not as strong as the full strenght It does get easier, like everybody else said, you just have to keep pushing yourself. Good Luck! Trace
