Just Got Approved For Substitute Teaching

...at a Christian school. Got the call this morning. Pays 75 dollars a day, and the classes are nice and small. They even told me that they'll probably call soon. Wasn't really prepared for that one, but it's okay. I can handle it. Little nervous, because I've only taught college kids, and that was while I was in college!LOL K-12 is a different matter, and I can't assume the older kids will be easier/worse than the younger ones. Anyway, I took this step after the surgery, because I felt like it was time to get back out in the world. It's a good step, and one that can only help me to get back out into the world as the weight comes off. Johanna

Well that is great news. I wish you all the best. I am not sure what grade you prefer but I think the younger ones are fun. You have a chance to mold their little minds. I hope you have a blast.
