eat slow

I have to eat so slow like 35-45 minuts for a small small serving of food. If i dont it is surely coming back up )c: Anyone else having this problem??

Yes, I am having the same problem. I was told to take 3 to 5 minutes between bites.

It has taken me a while, but now at almost 6 weeks post-op I can eat 1 bite every minute. I feel full after 20 small bites in 20 minutes. It gets better! Good Luck! -Katie

CHRISTINA , I'M THE SAME WAY .. I TAKE SO MANY SMALL BITES THAT BY THE TIME I'M DONE OR FULL MY PLATE IS COLD .. USUALLY THAT IS WHEN I STOP SOMETIMES EVEN BEFORE I'M FULL ... RACHEL

I have not got the hang of eating real slow yet. I get nausa and I have upckd once. I keep telling myself to slow down but I feel so hungry when I eat that I kind of ru**** and take bites bigger than i should . You all are alot of help for me thanks. Vera
