question on fitday...
Hi Susan,
yes, you enter the foods you've eaten each day onto fitday, and it tracks the nutrition info for you. I have done weigh****chers three times before, and they like you to "journal" your food, but I always ended up giving up on writing everything down. I've actually had my fitday account for about 2.5 years, but have only started using it regularly in the past month or so. I love it, and have hooked my parents, friends, etc on this cool tool! Check it out, it isn't perfect, but it is very useful.

Hi Susan,
I really like Fit Day. It counts your calories and protein.
But the nice part is you can" try on food".
EX: So far today you have 600 calories and 45 g of protein.
What can you have that will up your calories or protein to the levels you want? Just punch in foods and see what fits/helps best.
