Goals I had set for my self pre-op and how I am doing now, how about you? 1 Walk every day and steadily increase the distance. I could be doing better, I give myself a 7. 2. Follow the eating plan. Doing pretty good here, a 9. 3. Lose weight, I have lost about 25 lbs in two weeks, a 9. 4. Maintain a positive outlook, a strong 8 here.

Good job. You are doing great and I would have to say that the positive attitude is the best thing. I am trying very hard and I know it will happen for me if I keep working at it. Remember this is a TOOL. I have to keep reminding myself! Love AMybee

Great goals, and great job, Greg. Congrats!! As for me: 1. walk increasingly every day.........hmm, started off well, have really slacked off..........maybe a 4 2. follow the eating plan.........doing better here, but need a fluid push, 7 3. Lose weight........well, yeah!! 34 lbs in 6 wks, and proud of it....9 4. Positive outlook.........most days an 8, except when I get something stuck or my bp drops so low I feel faint.... So Greg, you get a 33 out of 40...........and I get a 28....but we can do better..... How about the rest of you?? Wonder where we will be next week??

Well I made a bunch that I put on my profile but personal goals were 1)to make it under 299 10 2)To exercise at least once a day 8.5 3)To eat all my protein which I am still worling 6 All the other goals I made I think I have only hit one of them but that's alright with me, it means I am on the right track.
