I can switch to real vitamins now instead of the Childrens chewables I have been totally hating...anyone have a nice small vitamin they want to share?? I am scared to swallow a normal size vitamin. Thanks! Melissa 322/280/150 42lbs gone in 5 weeks!!

Well that's cool, your first mile stone (I think).... I don't have one because I still take the chewable. I wasn't sure that I was ever going to change because I like my vitamin, it is just mu calcium I can't wait to change. They are gross, huge and I need to take 4. I hope you find something that works for you. Shannon

Costco sells a liquid that works well for me. I alternate between that and the chewables when I want a "candy". I don't know if it's sad or cool that I view my chewable supplements as goodies! You're losing at a great rate, good job! ~Sue

Hey! Wal-mart sells an orange flavored chewable by centrum. It's about six bucks. Also, I take my multi right before bed since it is so big--that way it has all night to disolve. Good Luck! -KT
