What did U have for Dinner?
Hi all. I am also having a difficult time getting the requirement of protein. I seem to do well with natural peanut butter on sliced apples. Nothing really sounded good today. I am at a loss to eat something. I crave salt for some reason. Ate some nuts today. For lunch I had a small red potato baked in micro with some mixed veggies cooked in chicken broth. I cant eat butter for some reason anymore it makes me sick so I put a little sour cream and some crazy salt on the potatoe. It is good that way. I have a recipe for taco soup that seems to be good. I am going to try adding some chicken to it and maybe some cheddar cheese. I can eat about 4 oz. Yogurt seems to like me pretty well so I have that in the a.m.
