I'm Back

Sorry I haven't been here. Got everyone's well wishes for my surgery (THANX!) I came home two days after but started runnina a fever. Was re-admitted two days after I came home to find that I had an infection in one of my incisions. I am home now. Re-Applying the dressing my self (GROSS!) Have to go see Dr. Kurian Thursday... I was depressed at first but am starting to pick up. No problem with food at all. No dumping either! I know in my heart this was worth it... Hope I can get my head there... Janet

Yikes, I am just glad your back. A little bit of a ruff start but I hope everything is peachy from here on out. Sorry you have to replace your own dressing, can't be fun if you don't like that sort of thing. Glad to hear your not as down. Godo luck with everything and keep us posted on how your feeling. It was all worth it, even on my not so good days I still have no doubts about what I did. Shannon
