I did 20 minutes on the treadmill today. At level 2. I am totally exhauseted but oh so proud. I go to a wellness center.....part of the hospital where I work. My trainer hadn't seen me in a month and said he noticed a difference in my face. Go Me!

Wow, you did it. WTG YOU!!!!!!! I am so proud of you for going and doing so good. You know that each time you do it everything will get easier. Isn't it nice seeing people who haven't seen you since surgery? I saw my grandmother tonight and she was like OMG, you look so different. Keep up the great work..... Shannon
